She, in no way, was trying to "coax" him for sex. I'm guessing she simply ask, he said yes although he's not ready. She should take lead and show him how it's done

You shouldn't have to "coax" your boyfriend into having sex with you. If he doesn't want to have sex with you, leave him be. The amount time you've been together doesn't matter, if he isn't ready to have sex with you then leave him be. It's wrong. Even if he said yes, he may have not been ready still.
