Today, after a big presentation, people sent an open invitation to dinner. When I asked which restaurant and what time, I was told that I wasn't invited. I've been here for three years. FML

Fall
Dead leaves, the first cold of the season and an umbrella flipped inside out: fall, the season of grace.
Same thing different taste
Today, my whole family made an hour-long drive to a restaurant that's just a few minutes away from my place. I wasn't invited. FML
Today, I was invited to a birthday dinner at a restaurant. As I was leaving, I get a text from the birthday girl's boyfriend saying that it was cancelled. Hungry, I decided to go to that particular restaurant anyway. Turns out the party wasn't cancelled. Half the party just didn't want me there. FML
Today, I got an invitation to the "Going away lunch" the company is throwing for me. I didn't know I was leaving. FML
Good friends
Today, I invited my friends to meet up at the park. After asking twice, I finally got the text saying to meet them there. But when I got there, I realized they had already been there for a while. As I was walking up to them, I heard, "Why did you invite him?" FML
Today, I got officially uninvited to a party. This is the third one this month. FML
Today, I spent two hours making dinner for my boyfriend's family. When I brought it over to their house they said "thanks" and didn't bother to invite me to stay to eat it. FML
Today, I was uninvited from my own birthday party. FML

Today, my friends decided to throw a going away party because I'm moving. It would have been great if I had actually been invited. FML
Today, I was invited to a party. Since I rarely get invited to any, I was super pumped. Both my parents work late, so I texted a couple of people to see if I could catch a ride. It turned out everyone's cars were full. I ended up missing one of the only parties I've ever been invited to. FML

Plan your own dinner party. But with blackjack and hookers. In fact forget the dinner party.

Find out which restraunt the party's at and go to it at the same time as the party. When there be all surprised and act like you didn't have a clue they would be there.

Could at least have given you a heads-up beforehand. Pretty rude. Like being stuck at the kiddy table at Thanksgiving.

Maybe you were asking the wrong person? Someone must like you at work, surely

That's pretty screwed up. No one deserves to be treated like that, specially in a working environment. Hopefully you made your own plans and had way more fun than those snobby people.

If they don't want to your friends. You don't have to be friends with them. Go to dinner with your real friends
