Today, a guy who lives in my condo complex threatened to take my husband and me to small claims court. Why? He was mad about the $300 fine to get his truck back after it was towed, because he was parked in our spot. FML

Fall
Dead leaves, the first cold of the season and an umbrella flipped inside out: fall, the season of grace.
Same thing different taste
Nice try, bozo
Today, some guy hit my car and then threatened to sue me for "parking my car in such a way that it was impossible not to hit it." My car was in the driveway. FML
Today, I got harassed and screamed at by a middle-aged man for parking in a spot close to the store, because he wanted the same spot so he didn't have to walk so far with his groceries. He took a photo and vowed to report me to the authorities. FML
Road rage
Today, a guy hit my car, and I threatened to sue him after he started the conversation rudely. He told me to go ahead, because he doesn’t have any money or a job anyway, then because from his perspective he had nothing else really to lose, he kicked my ass. FML
Today, I asked my neighbor to kindly move his truck because it blocks my driveway and the side entrance to my yard. He responded by throwing a decapitated bird onto my front lawn and filing an injunction against me for stalking. FML
Today, while borrowing my girlfriend's dad's truck, I had to pay $120 to prevent it from being towed. I was parked right in front of my apartment unloading heavy furniture into my garage for not even 20 minutes while the apartment manager, who called the tow truck, watched us from his balcony. FML
Today, I found out my neighbor ordered parking tickets for everyone on the block. My car was 4 inches into his driveway, but not obstructing his exit in any way. That didn't stop him from calling in, on a Sunday, at 8 AM, an 88 dollar ticket. He also left a note "Your parking sucks, love, Greg." FML
Criminal behavior
Today, I loosened the lug nuts on a guy's tires since he won't stop parking in my assigned spot and the rental authority refused to do anything. His tire flew off as he was tearing down the highway and he totaled his car. Now I might get charged. FML
Car Wars
Today, I came outside to leave for work. To my shock and horror my car was gone. My asshole neighbor, who has parked in my spot multiple times decided to let her noisy guests park in my parking spot, so I parked in hers. She had my car towed. FML
Contempt
Today, I cannot believe my husband. All he had to do was contest a bogus parking ticket but because he's incapable of keeping his fat mouth shut, now he’s going to jail for contempt of court. He will lose his job because of this, guaranteed, and we have two kids to support. FML
Landscaping
Today, my husband discovered our neighbour's fence was over our property line by 6 feet and kicked up a fuss about moving the fence. It turns out my husband can’t measure for shit. The fence is actually inside the neighbour's property, and he insisted we move it. There is now no room to park my car. FML

Let him! He won't win + counter-sue him at the same time for wasting your/ court's time. Anybody can sue anybody else for anything; it doesn't mean that the plaintiff is guaranteed to win though. Hang in there! :-)

I have no pity left for spot-stealers. My spot in my building is numbered. In a private lot. AND mine used to be the handicapped spot- it still has the picture on the pavement but no sign. And people still steal it about once per month. I used to be nicer about it, but after years and years of having my dinner get cold in the car while trying to find the jackass who took my spot, hell yes I call the tow truck right away. Can't be bothered to find a legal spot for your car? Why should I put the extra effort in to save you from the clear consequences of that? But they'll always whine "I was only there for a minute" and "where was I supposed to park?" Those are your problems, spot stealing scum, and you decided to make them mine. I solved it with a tow truck.

When I got my reserved spot at my complex, I was told I had every right to call the tow truck if someone parked in it. So those say OP shouldn't have done it, they pay for that spot. Someone else parking in it is like stealing.

You should go on Judge Judy. She'll have a field day with him!
