Where in your "confession of love" did you mention wanting any kind of sex? Because obviously, you must have since she said she could not have a relationship with a man who wanted it, or she's just crazy and she brought up that irrelevant topic.

My first thought was that she was just one of those girls that assumed that "every guy only thinks about sex" and "no guy is sincere about love." Hence, it didnt matter how much he poured his heart out. no matter how romantic or sweet, she assumed that it was all a lie and he was just really after her boobs. Doesn't explain the "sex is unnatural" part tho.

Maybe OP just gave a normal confession, like "I like you, I think about you all the time, and I'd like to start something with you" and she replied "yeah cool, just as long as you don't want sex...ever...I think it's unnatural, I just don't want it."
