Today, I ran into an old couple everyone has been avoiding in my small town. Four weeks ago, they accidentally posted a picture of their pierced junk on Facebook, and I was one of the unlucky people who saw the actual picture. I can't make eye contact with them anymore. FML

Today, I went to the store and ran into an old friend that I hadn't seen in years. We chatted a little, and just as I was leaving he grabbed his mobile phone. Later, I added him on Facebook. Turns out the last thing he posted was a picture of my back saying: "Look who got even fatter." FML
Today, I was creeping on an old coworker's Facebook and noticed they'd tagged my face in an old group photo as another girl. According to the comments, the girl they'd tagged me as thought it was her too. I worked there for two years and nobody mentioned the mistake. FML
Today, I fucked up by clicking on my ex's new partner's stories while deep-diving into their Instagram. Now they know I'm still lurking in the shadows of their social media because they can see who viewed their stories, and I can feel the judgment radiating through the screen. FML
Today, I ran into an old friend of mine at the store. All was going fine, until she showed me her new fiancé. My now ex-boyfriend. FML

She later corrected it, apparently everyone had already seen the tag and decided that the comment box below was a great opportunity to discuss how none of them would ever be caught dead hanging out with me. Today, I found an old photo album in my Facebook account, which had pictures of previous hangouts with people I called friends at the time. I deleted it because they progressively cut ties with me over time. FML
Today, I thought it would be fun to post a throwback photo of myself in high school on Facebook. I didn't realize I was still logged into my work account. Now all my colleagues and clients have seen my awkward teenage years, complete with braces, pimples, and an unfortunate haircut. FML
Today, thanks to my asshole coworker and his obsession of posting pictures and tagging me in them on Facebook after I repeatedly told him not to, my wife found out about a party we had with colleagues only. I’m seen in several photos kissing my work bestie, who I hoped I’d keep under wraps until now. FML

Accidents happen. Also it's just human anatomy. I feel worse for them if they didn't want anyone seeing the image, let alone being treated differently for it.

The only way to restore universal balance is to photoshop a bunch of piercings onto YOUR junk and show them the picture.

Yeah and it really bothers me that the whole town is avoiding them, even though only a few people saw the picture. It must hurt so bad to be shunned by everyone. At least they have each other...

I may not be flexible enough, but thing is, I hardly understand how a picture can "accidentally" be published on Facebook. Or in the internet in general. Only reason I could see is they published a whole lot of picutre amongst which was the unwanted one.

I accidentally press buttons all the time on my phone, posting pictures to Facebook is so easy I can definitely imagine a misplaced finger prod when browsing an image gallery or uploading other images having this result.(except the images on my phone are far less exciting)

hey I have my junk pierced - then again I'm 28 but I see no reason for anyone to treat them differently just bc they're old (however old "old" may be to you) maybe they wanted to spice up their relationship and make themselves feel young and rebelious again? or hey maybe they got it at my age but had the misfortune of not knowing how to properly handle technology and some sexting (between them) photos just happened to leak out? who knows but as for me if say that hands down they're the coolest kids on the block! of course I don't disagree with the awkwardness but you go granny and gramps!
