Agreed, it doesn't say outright that she cheated. Just that she wanted to date the co worker and broke up with the OP because she didn't feel the same anymore. If she cheated that's one thing, but if she broke up with with him first because she was more than a bit curious then she did better by him than a lot of the fml's posted.
