Today, I felt a horrible pain while having sex with my wife, and I had to stop. I thought it was a hernia or something, but she called me a liar and accused me of everything from not finding her attractive, to me cheating on her. It turned out I had appendicitis. She still won't apologize. FML

Today, my wife screamed at me, calling me a "useless, ungrateful piece of crap", all because I wouldn't have sex with her, despite hours of her nagging. I said no because I've been laid-up in bed for the past week waiting on surgery for an excruciatingly painful hernia. FML
Today, I ended up in an awkward position during sex and dislocated my knee. My wife accused me of doing it on purpose to criticize her for being too fat and heavy for sex. FML
Today, while getting intimate with my girlfriend, I felt a sharp pain in my stomach, and had to run to the bathroom to evacuate my bowels. She heard the horrible sounds, and I doubt I'll ever be able to seduce her again. FML
Today, I woke up with horrible pain in my gut. It got worse and worse, and I started vomiting from the pain. My mom said it was the flu and that I needed to "man up." It turned out to be appendicitis, and I'm now typing this from my hospital bed. FML
Today, I had sex with my wife, only to be told that the sex was horrible, and to be given divorce papers. FML
Today, I was having sex with my girlfriend and as I pulled out to finish I slipped and ended up punching her in the stomach, I came while she was writhing in pain. FML
Today, I begged my husband to take me to the ER cause my stomach hurt so bad I thought I was gonna die. He told me to go sit on the toilet and stop being a drama queen. I drove myself to the hospital just in time for my appendix to burst. I almost died because my husband was busy playing Xbox. FML
Today, my girlfriend missed our date, so I angrily texted her, telling her if she can't make our dates then we should break up, and generally telling her off. Five minutes later I get a picture of her sleeping in a hospital bed from her mother, saying, "Shut the fuck up, she had appendicitis." FML
Today, what started with me forcing a shit a little too hard ended up with me being rushed to the hospital with appendicitis. FML
Today, me and my boyfriend had sex but stopped when I felt pain downstairs. That evening he wanted me to go to the emergency room but I wanted to sleep it off. Turned out I needed surgery. One of my fallopian tubes had ripped. The sex was so rough, I got an intravenous hemorrhage. FML

Well your wife certain ovary acted... I'd talk to her about it once you're better, let the dust settle so she's not as aggravated. Other than that you just have to hope she realises she was severely wrong and shouldn't have treated you that way, surely the first thing to do when your partner is in pain is to help? So yeah, talk to her saying you're highly upset about her accusations.

@BritSkits The statement about not knowing what she does when on her period still applies. There are a significant number of people in the world who get absolutely no premenstrual symptoms. They don't get get mood swings, cramps, back pain, any of that. That's why there is such a huge debate in the world about whether or not PMS is a real thing. The OP's wife could easily be one of those women with no PMS symptoms which would mean that that the OP wouldn't have to "put up with her" during that time of the month.

Maybe she really thought you were making it up, maybe some fights or lack of sex or her just feeling older which is normal, she probably cared once she found out you were seriously in pain maybe didn't say sorry but maybe she was just angry with herself for not believing you :) hope you feel better soon OP, and you talk to your wife tell her she is attractive and wonderful but she has to believe you more and trust you aren't trying to get out of anything. A lot of girls have problems with how they look it's normal, she may have went a little over board though.
