Today, I found that the product we shipped and what the salesman billed don't match. It's my job to flag such issues, as they cost the company money. The salesman asked me to shut up and be his accomplice, as it was done to please the client. The sales manager had to agree, but said I was causing trouble. FML

Today, my boss expected me to corroborate her lie to a customer. She changed her story suddenly and I got caught up in the crosshairs. Then she got mad at me for not understanding what just happened. FML
Today, a customer filed a complaint against me because my coworker took too long to do a price check. I hate my job. FML
Today, a customer filed a formal complaint with corporate about me, because I wouldn't help her find things she wanted while I was off the clock. We were in a completely different store than the one where I actually work. FML
Today, my assistant manager was arguing with a customer. I interjected letting the customer know that "we want everything to be copacetic." After the customer left, I received a write up for using "big words." FML
Today, my boss scolded me for being too friendly to our customers and told me to back off and let them do their thing. Less than an hour after doing as he said, he scolded me again, this time for slacking off and not asking them if they needed help finding stuff. There goes my bonus. FML
Today, on my second day at my new job, my supervisor told me that I was ready to make a sale on my own. Things were going well, until said supervisor interrupted my sales pitch, apologized on my behalf for being new, and stole my sale. FML
Today, I was happy because my co-worker was almost about to get fired due to his lazy habits. It was all going so well. Then I accidentally put my biggest sale yet under his name. FML
Today, two customers complained about the shitty service they received from my coworkers. I apologized and asked about the complaint. Their issues were legitimate and I promised to pass them on. They demanded to speak to my manager and my coworkers got in trouble. Now they think I'm a snitch. FML
Today, I told a customer the bread he wanted has been discontinued. He replied with, "Are you serious? What is your name? I'm going up front to complain about you." I still don't understand how that's specifically my fault. FML
Today, a customer yelled at me so furiously that she sprayed my face with spittle. I had to stand there, smiling and politely explaining that I needed to see a receipt before I could give her a refund. When she finally gave up and left, my boss bitched me out for "provoking the customer". FML

I mean ya did you expect them to act differently? if it's your job to report these things that means the fault will fall on you if this gets out. they make the customer happy and put the risk on you, it's a win win for them

Pleasing the client doesn't mean when inventory time comes around again, that you won't be "punished"...as mentioned, go above manger's head.

Uh. No. It's your job to flag issues, not be compliment in unethical practices. I hope you did your job and covered your ass, as well as documented that they tried to shut you up

This is dubious at best, and criminal at worst. The only reasons for this are 1. Defrauding the client (illegal) 2. Giving an unauthorized discount to the client (unethical, harmful to the company, but possibly not explicitly illegal.) 3. Avoiding shipment regulations, import taxes, etc. (illegal) or 4. Money laundering, corruption and/or kickbacks (also illegal). Doesn’t say where you are, but if there are solid whistleblower laws there, you may want to contact the appropriate regulatory agency/law enforcement.
