Debate bro
Today, I realized my boyfriend never argues with me when I'm right, but goes to great lengths when I'm not. As a result, in the five years we've been together, he has won every single argument we ever had. FML

Fall
Dead leaves, the first cold of the season and an umbrella flipped inside out: fall, the season of grace.
Today, I discovered that my new boyfriend is the type of guy who, when there is a conflict, will just scream "I LOVE YOU" over and over hoping that it will solve itself instead of actually trying to work the problem out. FML
Today, as always, my boyfriend is better than me at everything, including skills that I have years of experience with, while he has none. FML
Today, I got in an argument with my wife. I told her that I feel like she immediately disagrees with anything I say. She immediately disagreed and said she never does that. FML
Today, I was telling my friend about how my boyfriend never does anything nice for me. Confused, she replied, "That's odd, he's always doing nice things for me." FML
Today, my wife admitted that she purposefully starts fights with me purely because she enjoys arguing and seeing me flustered. Don't marry a lawyer. FML
Today, I was friendzoned by my boyfriend due to the fact that we never fight. Apparently, if there's no fighting, there's no passion. FML
Today, I realized that I frequently argue with myself and respond back. FML
Today, my boyfriend and I were talking about our past relationships. He told me that he broke up with his last girlfriend because she was smart and he suited someone who was quite stupid. He then went on to say that I was perfect for him. FML
Today, my boyfriend and I were in bed and I asked him why he was with me. His answer was, "Well, the last girl I dated was really smart and she always made me feel dumb, so I decided to switch things up a bit. You make me feel like a genius, babe." FML
Today, my girlfriend and I were arguing. I told her that "same" and "similar" were two different words that meant two different things. She said, "I don't know about that, let me research it." This is the level of, "I always need to be right" that I deal with every day. I need to end things, for both of our sakes. FML

why the hell would he argue if you're right?

In other words, he's smarter than you.

This was my exact question. Sounds like OP wants to argue for the sake of arguing IMO

sure does

if I had to guess I think the fml is just poorly worded. I think she means he'll drop the subject when he's wrong but when she's wrong he goes the extra mile making sure she knows it? I don't see how this can be am fml any other way.

Okay, this is the first time I've ever heard of anyone COMPLAINING about proper conflict resolution...

I think it's definitely more that he wont drop the subject if he's right, but she and he will if she's right. As if he wants to rub it in her face and be prideful rather than just being nice about it. Don't know why I'm being downvoted? The other option is that only she argues when she's wrong, but she states HE argues with her. I've met people who will take it that they're wrong, but when they're right they run it in your face. I really can't tell what OP is trying to say. Needs to be worded better.

You should thank your boyfriend for correcting your errors and sharpening your thinking.

The implication here is that you argue when you're wrong.... so ydi

Well quit being wrong.

He seems like a very wise person: he knows when he is wrong and does my push the subject, and when he’s right, he sticks to his guns. There’s nothing bad about this, and you could definitely use to take a page from his book!

Ummm and you didn't leave 5 years, ago why? Now you're stuck with Mr. never left Jr high in quarantine.

And he's stuck with someone who argues even when they know they're wrong.

Maybe this Jr high person was special enough to be worth stuck for

Do you mean he never argues when he's wrong? The way you phrased it is weird.
