People are completely missing why this is an FML. Yeah, it's great that the parents don't have a loveless, sexless, unhappy marriage... But would you want to be in an enclosed space listening to anybody sexing it up? Especially your parents? It was also probably extremely embarrassing because if the OP could hear everybody else could probably hear too. Do you want to imagine what your parents sound like during ******? Nonetheless hear it? I don't think so. So stop telling the kid to get over it.

stop telling the OP to get over it! jesus. would any of you like to walk in on your parents, hear them, or even think of them in that way? anybody who does would probably be diagnosed with a mental illness. its just disgusting. and OP, maaaaan thats gross. do we even want to know how you found out? parents should never do that when there's other people around. especially their kids.

I understand that no one thinks of their parents in a sexual manner, but the mature thingto do would e to pretend it never happened. Making an FML about it demonstrates a pretty unhealthy fixation on the fact. You could erase it from your memory, but instead you're going to tell everyone you (don't) know. YDI.

Grow up, there are worse things than that. For instance, finding out your parents are part of a bisexual couples swingers club would be kind of ****** up, but hey, whatever floats their boat!

You should count yourself lucky considering the number of people dealing with parents that hate each other. Loving parents, even those that are a little over enthusiastic, are a blessing.
