Today, I met my husband's other wife. FML
Today, I realized I'm very much in love with my old boyfriend. I got married to someone else a few months ago, who I also very much love. FML
Today, I met my wife's other husband. FML
Today, I realised I may need to work on my marriage when I saw my husband in public, laughing and smiling with his coworkers, then when he saw me his smile disappeared and he stood up like a tired old man to come and speak to me. FML
Today, I figured out why the man I've been seeing for 3 years hasn't asked for my hand in marriage. His current wife called me and told me all about it. FML
Today, I was left at the altar. For the second time. By the same man. FML
Today, I found out the man I've been wanting to marry for a year and a half wants us to take a break. FML
Today, after 6 years of dating, 2 years of marriage, a daughter and another one on the way, my husband decided that he’s "not the one for me" and told me he was leaving for his co-worker who he’s only known for a few months. Apparently they’re more "meant to be." FML

Seriously, people are so self-centered and THAT'S why 50% of marriages end in divorce. You choose who you marry and you enter a freaking contract. Feelings DON'T just disappear, the relationship just deteriorates if you don't put effort into it. What was that saying again? "The grass is always greener where you water it." People don't "fall out of love" overnight and without control. It is definitely something you can control - people just decide it's easier to give up and then they wonder why they've been divorced 6 times - they're just "unlucky in love" and it's like, no you ******** it's all your fault.

Yes - this. Marriage and love take effort and learning. People don't "just" change, they either change together and continue pursuing eachother or they change and stop considering that their significant other is changing, too. If you get to a place, emotionally, where the OP is now, it is your fault, at least partially. As many point out, we never know the whole story.
