Today, I decided to be the "cool aunt" and take my nephew to a horror movie. I ended up being so scared, I burst into tears. Nothing says "cool" like having an 11-year-old walk a sobbing, grown woman from a theatre. FML

Atleast he got to be the cool macho nephew. I am sure he liked that.

You can't just try, it just has to happen naturally!

A horror movie made you sob?

Yeah, if it scared you so badly you actually sobbed, why would you take an 11 year old to see it

Maybe she's just scared easily #50

What did Op see? What could she have seen?

That's such a shame, horror is my favourite genre! I'm sure he was happy to help you though :)

You're a wimp. I watched horror movies when I was 7 and now find them boring.

Good for you. Some people aren't into that type of thing though.

@7 Well I was 4 when I started watching scary movies! And I eat rusty nails and I don't tear things where packages tell me to! HA! *walks into salty spitoon*

Well when I was eleven I took every opportunity I could to scare my female relatives; he now knows what scares you. Watch out.

she is going to regret crying for the rest of her life
