Today, while in the hot tub with my friends, my gum fell out of my mouth and I had no idea where it went. Later that night I realized it had fallen down my swimsuit and had become adhered to my pubic hairs which then stuck to my underwear. FML

#49- Technically shaving actually leaves one more prone to infection; we have pubic hair for a reason;; it more or less acts as a barrier from infection to keep the more sensitive areas healthy. Shaving is just a preference- and most gynecologists advise against shaving.

number 78 not always. i have a bathing suit buttom that the front half and back half were attached by tying strings at the hip when one string came loose it could become a problem (of couse i realized right away and would fix it)

To everyone saying "shave your pubes" - has it crossed your mind that not everyone wants to? I don't really bother, because what's the point? My partner doesn't care, & I'm blessed with a naturally tidy patch anyway, so I don't really need to do much maintenance.
As for getting "grossed out" over pubes... For God's sake, how old are you? It's HAIR, & it's completely natural.
And to the men that expect women to shave; I hope that goes both ways. I wouldn't shave my cooch unless my partner agreed to also, because that way we both benefit, instead of just one of us.
