Anyone can play Sims 3, not just little girls, you know. It's the 3rd best selling game franchise, Mario being first and Pokémon 2nd. I play Sims 3, I pre-ordered the fucking collector's edition, and i'm 21.

Not to make this into a sims debate, but I have to agree. I think somewhere in EA's quest to get to "uncanny valley" with sims, the game lost its charm... I don't find it as fun as Sims 2, or as addicting for that matter. But who knows, maybe some expansion packs will change my mind.
OP: Don't worry, a long time ago my father made a sims version of our family. My mom ended up dying in a house fire and my brothers and I were sent to military school for not doing our homework! (Ahhh, Sims 1, good times) As long as you don't meet anyone named Kiki IRL, I think you are ok... xD
Also what I was thinking. The Sims 3 sucks so bad. I bought it because my father convinced me and I tried to use it for a day then gave up. It kept saying my computer didn't have the right plug ins and video cards and whatnot when I put the CD in then when I got all of that done the graphics still looked horrible and it was extremely confusing. I so much prefer The Sims 2 and I think most people do.
Yeah. In some ways the Sims 3 is an improvement from Sims 2, but they just got rid of too much of the good stuff and made Sims 3 pretty crap.

How did he kill you? You might have died in a fire. Those are hard to start purpously (one time I tried to kill a baby in a fire but it didn't work.) so it could have been an accident. If he used the testingcheatsenabled true to drag your hunger all the way down then I would be careful.
You can drown people in the pool to. You just pause the game and take out the ladder once there in !

If you're going to drown a sim in the sims 3, you have to put walls around the pool.
Sims don't need a ladder to get out of the pool. They can just jump out..
