Also, I don't know what anyone means by kiss thesedays. A simple kiss on the lips is not a big deal. I had my first simple kiss when I was like 11 with some girl in my class. The bigger deal is really when you had your first kiss-with-tongues. I'm 15 now, and haven't had my first kiss-with-tongues, and don't expect to for a few years. My advice would be to, when it happens, just go with it. It WILL just come naturally.
Someone who deserves you to kiss them will not put any pressure on you, and will love you however you kiss. And anyway, when you find that someone, practice makes perfect! That's the most fun part.
I wouldn't have thought first kisses were all that involved anyway... You don't really have to 'perform' anything, and it all comes to you in your own way and you do what feels good and right. It's nothing to be scared about, unless you accidently bob when he weaves.

OP, don't feel bad. My first kiss was at 12 and it was nothing special. A lot of the time, I tell myself it wasn't my first kiss because it didn't mean all that much to me. My next kiss wasn't until I was 17, and that was way more special than kissing at 12 was. Their kisses are meaningless. I think kissing before High School is pointless. Not everyone is going to have a Cory-and-Topanga relationship that lasts all the way from middle school. It just doesn't happen. Even long lasting High School relationships are a long shot. It's okay :) I think it's really worth the wait. 12 year old kids don't really consider these things, especially while they're beginning puberty hahah! All those hormones. So many of the middle school kids are much more physically developed and sexually experienced than I am. I'm 16 and in high school. So really, it's okay.
A few of them are probably lying, but a lot of people are pretty easy nowadays. We read an article in health class and it said 80% (around there) of kids are sexually active by the time they are 12 or 13. And looking around my school or walking through the mall, it looks about right.
I totally understand why that's feels like an FMyLife, but trust me, you're in better company than you realise.

I was 17 and a sr. in high school when I got my first kiss. A lot of times I was sad about it but I made sure my first kiss was special, and it was with a boy I WANTED to kiss, rather than some random little boy when I was 12 years old, just to say I had been kissed. I never regretted waiting.

Most of them were probably lying..and if they weren't, they probably wasted their first kiss. My first kiss was with someone I was in love with and I know it wasn't wasted. Be thankful you didn't just give it away to any guy. It wouldn't have meant anything to you if you did. A first kiss is something you should want to remember forever not something you would regret because it was with the wrong guy. God has an awesome guy planned out for you and when he comes along everything will work out for the best and you will be so thankful that your first kiss was with someone you will be with the rest of your life :)

I think it's sad that those 12 year old girls had all kissed boys. I feel that's too young. When you get your first kiss you're going to appreciate it more than they ever did.
It bothers the crap out of me to know that kids are doing so much at such a young age. Kisses, and anything beyond, should be saved for someone special; not 'just because.' Ugh.
I didn't get my first kiss until I was 16, and I had dated him for some time before we did. I was making sure I was going to share that moment with the right person. And he was.
