Have you looked into CBTi? I've had insomnia since birth and after seeing a specialist I started that and it really helped me a lot.

Go to YouTube and type in asmr. It's kind of a weird genre of YouTube videos but its super popular and helps a lot of people fall asleep. Who know? It might be helpful to you too.
Start working early mornings. Even if you have trouble getting to sleep now, your body will get used to the schedule.
