I had that problem when I was younger, (like 18, not 14 younger). I looked at a few articles and a lot of them said getting a clit ring could solve the problem. It didn't work for everyone (I think it was like a 60-40% success rate), but I got one and within a week the feeling came back. I had it for about five years until it unscrewed itself, but I can still feel my clit so that's a bonus. Maybe you should ask around, it did wonders for me
