I think we need more info. Maybe there's a really good reason no one wants to sit next to you like: terrible BO, rancid gas, horrible breath, too much dandruff, etc.

Don't take it personal. Maybe they just wanted to talk to each other and not scream across the bus? Plus you could have been a nice person and often to switch seats.
