I can only imagine this as a guy, wishing the doc were in place for something else. But given the discomfort one usually goes through during a hernia inspection, I can't really imagine the mind taking it THERE...

If he was able to run his hands through the doctors hair during a prostate exam, he gets extra points. If the doctor is running his hands through OPs hair, then things get interesting. Not to mention what digit he's using to check OPs prostate.
