What is the problem here? he got to get drunk and watch his team win, you got the ring. you're obviously still together. it seems to me like good things happen when he's drunk. go out and get him a case of beer and ask him for a new house. you got this champ

Hey, at least the guy was being honest. And hell, it may be the reason he proposed but it's not necessarily the reason he went through with it. Women are always bitching and moaning about honesty and communication, but sometimes you really don't want to hear the truth.

well, like how long were you engaged? if he really didnt mean it then he would not have gone through with the marriage and stayed with you for 3 years AND had two kids with you. so dont complain, men arent perfect, it doesnt matter how he proposed be happy that you got the guy and kept him for this long.
