YDI.
Well it's like a Virgin forest...it's kind of romantic no?
I would say its time for a new boyfriend lol
Interestingly enough, post this on MLIA and it everyone thinks it's great. =]
The saddest part would be if they actually went to a Star Trek convention and OP didn't know the difference.
Tell him that you've got a hot date planned for the both of you and then take him on an extensive shoe shopping trip with all your girlfriends so he can have the pleasure of listening to hours of girl talk. Just think, he'll make a great bag carrier for everyone. :p
May the Schwartz be with you.
I really don't think that's bad, I mean honestly I believe you should try to share your interests. Or, at least explain that you don't personally see a con as being "romantic", even if he does. Then again my advice is biased as I'm a regular con-goer and was pretty stoked to see a staged Jedi battle at Comic-con New York. >-> But I'm one of them nerdy girls.
Now I really wanna go to Comic Con, and I'm not even big on Star Wars. >_> Thanks for informing me of this epicness. To OP: I think you and your boyfriend have communication issues. He should know your interests and not just ignore them, and you should tell him how you feel. Gosh.
