0/0 can equal anything. 0/0=4, 0/0=7, 0/0=3067. It's because anything times zero will always equal zero. You know how division undoes (...undos? undo?) multiplication? Well, think of it like this: 0*x=0. You're looking for the missing number, yet you can plug any number in for x, and the statement will still be true. 0*4=0, 0*7=0, 0*3067=0. Math is fun. :)
