Today, I was yelled at by a customer, who was upset over having waited twenty minutes for a waiter to come take her order. Maybe it would be understandable, if she was sitting in an actual restaurant, and not a serve-yourself coffee house. FML

Today, when making a delivery for the restaurant I work for, a customer shoved and yelled at me because she didn't get any fries with her order. She didn't order any, which isn't unusual, considering we're a Chinese takeaway and don't even sell them. FML

Today, at the café I work at, I was yelled at by a woman because the drinks and food she ordered were "taking too long". Before I had the chance to get a word in, she stormed out and said she would never come back. I didn't get the chance to inform her that she hadn't ordered yet. FML

This exact thing has happened to me too. Granted the guy was asking so that he could have it with a breakfast sandwich. Not totally unreasonable, but when I explained we didn't have any and offered to pack it so he could eat it with ketchup at home he responded by yelling at me for a good five minutes and threatening me. I'd call that unreasonable.

I also work in a coffee shop, but for whatever reason we have ketchup packets. I can see why you wouldn't though. He shouldn't have yelled about it though
