Today, I was lying in bed with my girlfriend. Trying to be romantic, I complimented her on how nice her hair smelled. She replied: "Yeah? Wait till you smell this." then let out the vilest, most nauseating fart I'd ever smelled in my life. FML

Today, while we were sleeping, my girlfriend and I rolled to opposite sides of the bed. When I woke up, I moved closer and wrapped my arm around her. Her response was to fart in her sleep, resulting in a smell so noxious that I had no choice but to roll back to the other side. FML

Girls fart - not sure why this is a problem for you OP. Everybody farts, even if you hold it in all day you will just fart in your sleep and it will smell just as bad. The gas does not magically disappear if you hold it in and it can be very painful to try. You need to decide if it was the fact that she farted or the fact that she thinks it was funny that bothered you the most. If you don't have the same sense of humour that's a problem you can solve. If you're upset that she farted at all then you are the one with the problem.

Could be that she is so comfortable to be around you she doesn't feel self conscious about bodily functions. In that case good for you, not so much your sinuses, but your relationship.
