Today I received a text from my boyfriend that he was cheating on me. My natural reaction was to cut his balls off. But then he admitted he had been diagnosed with an HIV because he was having sex with his "best friend" (which is a guy) karma is a bitch FML

Seconding the get checked comment. People can have HIV for months or even years before they have enough symptoms that they get checked for an STD- and the longer without treatment, the worse your chances.
