Today, I received a list of employee names who were losing their jobs and I had to remove them from the system as I work for IT. I was on the list. That's right. My last responsibility as an employee was removing myself from the system for security reasons. FML

What you do is place a timed "bomb" in their computer system that will erase all of their data weeks after you have left the company. That way you get revenge and the suspicion of your guilt will not be as great.

tell them you can't self-terminate.

#88 for the win. Also I think it's pretty much a given that you accidentally also remove whoever sent you the list.

Ooooh. They could have at least told you beforehand D: Muck around with their files.

do whatever any1 else suggested, xcept bing honorable

I would say mess with the system but that will bring you far more trouble then the BS they pulled. I say file a formal complaint with someone higher up and at least leave with a bit of dignity. Though how are you expected to finish clearing the system if you are no longer listed with access to do as such?
