Today, I got a screenshot from my former supervisor's Instagram that stated, "Finally, I'm rid of these morons at my work." That's how I found out me and other workmates had been laid off. FML

That’s a cruel and unprofessional way to find out your supervisor is displeased with your work. It says more about the competence and professionalism of your supervisor than you… On the other hand you might want to re-evaluate if your job skills and attitude fit very well with your former job. We often learn more from the difficult experiences than from our successes. Don’t let this discourage you from finding a job that’s a good fit, but do learn from the experience.
