Today, I picked up my car after I got it painted. As I backed up in the parking lot, my car scraped against a pillar. Now I have to put it right back in the shop. FML

Today, I dropped my car off at the dealership for a bumper replacement due to a hit and run in a parking lot. After being told it was ready, their shuttle picked me up, and backed up into my just-replaced bumper. FML

I hate to be that person, but you should have been more careful. Backing into a pillar is a pretty easy thing to avoid if you're cautious.

We had something similar happen at the dealership I work at. Guy got his car back from our body shop, reversed, and hit the loaner he had been using. Gotta be more careful.
