Snoring that badly is a sign of a health problem. She needs to see a doctor. I know because of problems with that in the family. My Grandmother used to sound like a grizzly bear in her sleep.

Have your parents get a doctor to check her tonsoles. My little cousin used to have that problem until she got them removed. Because of it I could never sleep in the same room or a room next to hers because I would be awake the entire night.
