Today, I got home to find our house broken into. Among other things, the thieves took our television, my laptop and several pieces of expensive jewelry. Also missing was my daughter's My Little Pony collection. I think we were robbed by a Brony. FML

That sucks! When my parents car got broken into l, all they took was half a bag of combos and a package of york peppermint patties but left all the expensive stuff. People are just dumb.

In your situation that's referred to as the Luck of the Stupid. Be happy that sometimes stupidity can come in handy when it benefits you. They could have been smart and stolen all the expensive stuff.
