If it is her "favorite uncle" wouldn't it be her mother or fathers brother? The kid's "favorite uncle" doesn't make sense.

The Y chromosome is passed down from father to son more or less unchanged. But if it's a maternal uncle, the Y will be different on the mother's side of the family. Better have Maury investigative!

What do you mean, “Sweet Home Alabama”? This shit has either West Virginia or Mississippi written all over it. In Alabama, it would have been her, “favorite cousin”.
