Today, I found out I've recently developed a bladder control issue. Every time I lift anything more than about fifteen pounds, I pee myself a little. I work in a warehouse. Heavy lifting is my job. FML

Talk to a doctor about getting pills to help with that.

Is this a recent development? Could be symptomatic of another problem.

Incontinence is a real FML. Maybe everybody else who develops stress related diseases should post an FML as well.

Be a man and just put a rubberband on it.

What are you implying }=( a bladder control problem isn't gonna care what gender you are! DUH!

it's not but the poster above said be a man and was referencing to male genitalia thinking he's a man, but the girl below said gender check to let him know that the OP is a girl in fact. That's all. Unless I misunderstood your comment then my bad.

u need to get surgery for that

Nah she just needs to do pelvic floor exercises and visit her gyn to check if she doesn't have a womb prolapse. But still FHL because what's she going to do until the exercises are effective?

Diapers, it's what I do... honestly, if you wear dark pants, you won't get noticed. and if you do, don't worry about it... everyone who doesn't understand can suck it.

What you need to do is to videotape yourself doing a lot of Kegel exercises and send it to me. I'm not sure if it will help you, but it will be great for me! :D

You might have a bladder infection. I had one once and I had the same symptoms, just go see your doctor.

If it's something recent that appeared out of the blue, it might just be an infection of some sort......... (another cause could be having given birth, but I doubt this is the case, since you are allowed to lift heavy objects). Don't worry, I'm sure it's treatable. If all else fails, there's always surgery to help tighten those muscles
