I've called my child, my parents, my boyfriend and my pets all by each other's names at some point. My mom has called me by my cousins names and my siblings names and sometimes the pets. I constantly call my child by my cats name. It's because they're both adorable. You'll be ok.

Get over it. My dad, my mom, my son, and I have called people other people's names, pet's names, etc. It has stopped bothering me.
