Today, at the office, my most annoying client asked me to send her a document. I have now sent it to her over 5 times, in a different format each time, and every single time she replies with, "Not in the requested format". She won't tell me what the requested format is. FML

The problem here is that you're not sending the right TPS report cover page, perhaps you didn't receive the memo.

Snail mail it to her, only like a fast delivery, that way you know you did every format possible. :) and she can't claim she couldn't download it.

Try forwarding your boss a copy of all the emails sent so far and tell them you won't deal with this crap anymore

"Requested" format implies that she (should have) specified a particular format as the requested one. In writing. Perhaps talk to your manager? Otherwise ask your client to "re-send" her request, which you will happily fulfill if it states file format.

Can't you just tell her to **** Off?

It's like a mystery, a puzzle that needs to be solved in order to cross the bridge. Sometimes people are a mixture of rude and stupid at the same time.

Tell her seeing as she has 5 copies of the document all she has to do is take one of those copies and run it through a converter.

Print it out and mail it to her. I would have done that a few messages ago.
