Today, I have to pretend like I don’t have feelings for a friend I've know for over 10 years. I have to pretend that my heart isn’t breaking into a million pieces thinking about him with someone else. FML

you need to tell him or cut them lose. this is just toxic. your purposely making yourself miserable hopefully he is single. if he is nit then cut ties and tell him why
