Its really not that big of deal if there isn't any kids involved. The mother of my twins simply packed all her stuff while I was at work one night and left the kids at my moms(and told her that she and I were going out) and left. Never saw her again. I wonder if there was an underlying reason why the guy would simply change the number to dump the OP though, we are not getting the entire story here

He didn't break up with you, he's just testing you. Instead of making it easy to call him, he wants you to make the effort to show up unannounced to prove your love. Watching over him while he sleeps would be a nice touch. Find a spot in a tree outside his window and make sure you are heavily armed so you can protect him.

Nope, but have been seeing bits and pieces of Fatal Attraction on TV lately. A lot of good tips on how an apparently scorned woman can reclaim her man. And also some ideas that don't work. Bunny-boiling is not an effective technique.

That may be true, but that doesn't make it an okay thing to do. When my boyfriend dumped me through a text, he said it was because he didn't like to see me upset. What I got from that, though, was that he was a coward who didn't really care about upsetting me, just so long as he didn't have to see it or deal with it face to face.

This happened to me once. I was in a relationship and all was well then one day nothing. Two months later he text me saying sorry for ignoring me but he didn't know how to end it. Nobody deserves to be treated like they don't matter so FYL op
