Snooping

Today, while visiting my in-laws, I went into their home office in search of a sheet of scrap paper. Instead, I found printed copies of every email and IM my husband and I had ever sent each other, including pictures. Highlighted and annotated by his mother. FML

I really think the implication here is that the husband gave them to her. The annotations could be the mother-in-law's notes to the son. No cause of action where he willingly gives her the e-mails. FHL for marrying a momma's boy.

WOW.. just wow. maybe you should should make up a nice email about her. tell your hubby you had an explicit dream about her and give thorough details.. and tell him if you were gay or stoll exoerimwnting like you did in school that you'd LOVE for it to come true. then the next time you see her be EXTRA friendly ..give her a nice loooong hug n stuff.. maybe a little wink or two 

even better than my idea! Get him in on it. Start playing head games. Write "important" details in "code". "just got the result of my pregnancy test. 69 38.^43 46. isn't that great?!?" around mother's day/her bday/ next gifting time - email about an amazing gift your "getting" her, maybe a fabulous cruise that cost over 10grand or whatever would appeal to her. get her excited. Few days before cancel everything because "shes giving you vibes that she is onto you and it would ruin the surprise". get her flowers. by the way... is she reading this?

lol It's like that movie, Meet The Parents.

Truly creepy. You definitely have a valid FML on your hands there.

No one's wondering how she acquired these? Unless the mother-in-law hacked the husband/op's email account, we should be loling at the momma's boy the op married for sending all that.
