Today, my little brother watched an old video of The Who, who are know for smashing up their guitars and such. He decided it would be cool to try it with mine. That guitar was worth over $3000. FML

Today, I had to explain to my little sister that not all guitars are supposed to have a hole in them, that when I was talking about "breaking it in" I didn't mean I'd smash a hole in it, and that she shouldn't have taken a hammer to my expensive new guitar. FML

Today, I was in a music shop looking for a new guitar when someone called out someone else's name and jumped on my back. I lost balance and fell forward and broke 3 guitars and damaged another 6. The guy said "Sorry, thought you were someone else" and ran out. I now have to pay £2500. FML

Today, my girlfriend and her mother bought a hanger for my $2000 guitar as a birthday present. They wanted to surprise me by hanging it on the wall. They screwed it upside down, so before I came home it fell off and my guitar broke. FML

You should be able to claim it under your home owners policy, you will just be left paying the deductible, which might be easier to get your brother or parents to do.

oh man thats really sad.....how old is your brother anyways? but age isnt important i'll still beat the shit out of a 10 month old, a 10 year old, and even a 100 year old if someone broke my guitar and carry their body back to the store as payment for a new guitar...well......R.I.P your $3000 guitar
