If you keep pressuring a 2 year old to give you affection, you're going to make him dislike it very much. He's already telling you to stop. He's not ready for that kind of concept yet and unless you stop pestering him to fill your insecurities or whatever needy reason you have, it's only going to give him negative associations with the word "love". Leave him alone and he'll say it when he's developmentally and emotionally ready.
