Keep it down

Today, after my old downstairs neighbor, who would come upstairs to bang on my door and yell at me every time she heard a sound from me at all times of the day, had finally moved out, it became clear that my new downstairs neighbor gets drunk and yells at the TV in the early hours of the morning. That's unfortunate. But hey at least you'll have a fun drinking buddy.

At least the new one is not hostile, like the previous one.

Id switch to a different , equally priced apartment if i were you.

Right, because moving house is so easy and convenient. And it's very unlikely you'll have odd neighbors ANYWHERE else.* *sarcasm, yes

Trade one annoying neighbor for another??

I'm so glad I don't live in a flat anymore. I know how you feel. Sorry OP.
