It totally depends on what the pranks were. What you might consider harmless or funny, she might consider over the line. OR she might be someone who can “dish it out not not take it.” Either way, it’s probably better to be parted. You two are not on the same page.

this sounds like you pulled some prank involving a mask and fear, and she reacted properly for the perceived situation. either that or you have been in a toxic relationship with an abuser... but sounds like scary prank gone wrong and you were slow to remove the mask.
