Today, after searching frantically for my economics notes for a week, I asked my friend to send me pictures of hers. I recognised my handwriting on the pictures she sent me and she admitted she'd "borrowed" them. The exam is in three days and she refuses to meet me and give my notes back. FML

show up at her house and demand them back. if she refuses get a cop to come with you. she stole property and she needs to return it

I highly suggest speaking with a staff member of the school. Maybe the instructor of that class.

I'm a Prof. a few options. best: take the evidence to student services first (not the prof.) they will notify the professor and work with you - this is a violation of student integrity policy and should be formally reported. second best: send an email to the prof and student services and the student with images of what you have stated here.

Would you let a friend steal $2,000 from you and let them get away with it? Because that's actually what she's doing if you don't get a good grade in this class. You are paying for this class one way or another and for her to take what you need to pass is going to cost you.

This makes me so angry. that is despicable behaviour. I don't know if it will have an effect but I would report her and make the institution aware.

Micro, Macro, or Trade? Most of the course material is online anyway... sorry bro, but you should be ok with reading the powerpoint slides your professor posted. and check the textbook for those problems... if you need further help, I've aced all my econ classes... just hmu
