Dad, what have you done?

Today, I still don’t know how to act in front of my mother in law. She thinks that the Earth is flat and told her kids that all sunscreens cause cancer. She also has other theories that make me feel weird. FML

Fortunately we shouldn’t judge our spouse or partner by their parents. Which is is a good thing because there are truly some nut jobs out there! … Personally I’d suggest minimizing interacting with, arguing with, or discussing things (especially politics) with MIL. Hopefully she’s not a complete nut job and has some sensible behavior and beliefs too.

Benzene in sunscreen is pretty much only a problem in the U.S. It's banned in Canada, the European Union, and Australia.

All you do is say and act just as crazy as her. Have fun with it, I would! Say things like, "Well you know the dinosaurs never really existed" or "Fsirygodparents!" XD

You should send her to that 12-step program that help people who believe crazy conspiracy theories. It's called QAnon.
