Today, my stepmom sat me down and told me that she doesn't think that my dad is my biological father because she hasn't gotten pregnant from him. I don't think she quite understands the concept of being a stepmom. FML

I think your stepmom is implying that your dad is sterile. She means that siince she's never gotten pregnant from him, your mom probably didn't either.

OP, your step mom is implying that your dad is infertile. If he is, your birth mom would have to have gotten pregnant by another man.

Yeah my husband was suppose to be "sterile" too. We now have a 2 yr old. She shouldn't assume anything, shit happens lol

Even if it was a possibility (doubtful), she had no business sticking her nose into something like that and upsetting OP. More likely is that she's the one with the fertility issues.

Well, maybe it's not him being sterile, perhaps she is having trouble conceiving on her part and wants to make herself feel better about it. Either way, it's not really her place to say.
