Today, I found out that the friend I stayed up with for nights on end, talking out of depression and suicide, has "politely" posted up on Facebook that he secretly hates me. FML

I had a similar situation, turned out she was bipolar, that may be the case with your "friend" too.

This exact thing happened to me, but instead of just a friend he was my boyfriend, and he posted all this stuff on Facebook about me and left me for his best friend. :L Quite honestly, the best thing you can do is leave him/her alone for good and when they come crawling back for attention say no. :)
