Today, as I was getting dressed after a shower, I spent a good 30 seconds searching for my underwear… which I'd already put on at that point. FML

We all have a “brain fart” sometimes. I remember once being on the smartphone with my son and and suddenly thinking I had misplaced it even though I had it up to my ear! A friend once told me that in his country such oversights were called “points for a professor” (referring to the idea of the absent minded professor.)
