Today, I noticed that the longer I work from home, the more inclined my mother is to interrupting it every five or ten minutes. She says I can stay online late to make it a full 8 hours, but then gets mad when I actually do so. FML

I have this exact same problem with my wife and kid. It’s like: those are nice drapes you’re seeing online, or I’m glad you scored a goal in FIFA on the PlayStation, but I’m trying to work here...

OP, These are tough times. I suggest reminding Mom you are working and have things to get done. Hopefully you have your own room and computer - Close the door while working but come out for breaks. Hopefully that might help.
