Today, after I grounded my barely 18 year-old daughter for having sex with her boyfriend when I found a pack of condoms in her room while cleaning it, she responded by moving out and eloping with him. FML
Today, my 14-year-old daughter told me she's pregnant and plans on dropping out of school to live a life on the road with her boyfriend. FML
Today, my 15 year-old daughter decided that the best way to indulge her rebellious impulses was to sleep with the 30-something convict down the street, get pregnant, and try to convince him to let her move in. FML
Today, my longtime partner had a mental breakdown and broke into my home. After forcefully having to get him out of my house and dealing with Police all morning, my 16-year-old daughter decided to tell me that she's pregnant. She thought one hour after a break in was the right time to tell me. FML
Today, my girlfriend told me she's pregnant and I did not take it well. She had planned to record my happy reaction for Facebook; instead she got video of me bursting into tears, and trying to talk her into an emergency abortion. She sent it to my parents to punish me. FML
Today, I went to my parents' house after escaping my abusive relationship. My mom scoffed and said, “This is what happens when you move out, barely graduated high school, with a bum.” When I told her I was 3 months pregnant, she said, “And a child out of wedlock? You’re a lost case!” and slammed the door in my face. FML
Today, my mom disowned me and kicked me out of the house, all because I used Plan B to terminate a potential pregnancy after I had unprotected sex. She actually packed a suitcase and duffle-bag for me, told me to hit the road, and to never come back. She told me she’d call the police for trespassing if I didn’t comply. FML
Today, my mother was sneaking through my underwear and found my condoms and the bills from the hospital where I had my IUD inserted. She then started yelling at me, saying that I didn't have permission to not have children and that, "I get to choose, not you." I'm 28 years-old. FML
Today, my girlfriend revealed she'd had an abortion. I wasn’t even aware she’d been pregnant, and she admitted it’s because my grandad and two of my siblings have autism, and she didn’t want to risk having an autistic child and dealing with the shame. FML
Today, I overheard my daughter talking to her boyfriend over the phone about having sex. She said, "You have to piss on me to get me pregnant, that's what I heard anyway." She's 16. FML

Her body, her choice. Also, she doesn't owe you grandchildren, ever. I sincerely hope she goes no contact from you and someday sues you for emotional abuse. Right now, she can have you arrested for illegal eviction of a minor and child abandonment. Have fun with that.

In one month, I will be 48 years old. I got knocked up (through condoms) at 16. Let me tell you how it is from HER point of view. She's still a child, not able to take care of her own self yet, much less another human being. I was already 15.8 weeks when we found out so for my own conscience, that was entirely too late or I *would* have aborted. I wanted to give him up for adoption as I *knew* I was not ready to be a mother. I was still in high school, just trying to pass my courses. My mother would not let me. I spent most of my life resenting both my child and my mother for not letting me do what was right by *me* and being able to secure a solid future before procreating (not that I planned to). She owes you NOTHING. Nadda, zip. zilch. Not a god d@mn thing. YOU put her here. She chose not to create another body when she's clearly to young to do so. It's HER body and HER future on the line. Not yours, NOT government's, NOT religions, HERS and hers only. What you did is despicable and I hope she *never* tries to contact you again. In the future, if she does decide to have children, I hope you *never* get to meet them. What a vile thing to do to your child.
