Today, my OCD reached a new high when I used a correction pen to white-out an eyelash which was photocopied onto every single page of my reading material. I did it because the eyelash was too distracting and I couldn't finish reading the article without the urge to rip it into shreds. FML

Today, I realized how bad my OCD is when I accidentally got a paper cut and I was annoyed by the fact that the cut wasn't in a straight line. FML
Today, I was reading a book, and my severe OCD makes it impossible for me to look up from reading if I haven't finished the page. This includes times like when my mother is frantically calling for help after falling off a ladder. FML
Today, during class, my teacher left a small mark on the whiteboard. When I pointed it out, she simply rolled her eyes and told me to, “let it go.” I have OCD and was completely unable to focus on the rest of the lesson because of the mark. FML
Today, I realized how much I'm on the computer. I tried to "CTRL+Z" on something I wrote down on my paper. FML
Today, while studying liver pathology and highlighting important lines in my textbook, I realized that I could count the number of words I hadn't highlighted on one hand, over the last six pages. FML
Today, my enjoyment of popping bubble wrap was yet again ruined by my excessive OCD tendencies. FML
Today, as I passed a printout over my shoulder to my mum, I managed to give myself a papercut on my tear duct. FML
Today, after finishing a three-page essay for my spanish class, I went to rip up my brainstorming paper in an act of triumph. After I finished ripping it up, I looked on my desk to see my brainstorming paper fully intact, and my essay torn into bits. FML
Today, I got stressed and well, let's just say I got carried away, pulled off most of my eyelashes on one eye, and now I have to find falsies that look real. FML
Today, in a desperate attempt to add some variety to my life, I resorted to closing my eyes and picking a random font for my essay paper. FML

I've done this before because there was a couple of eyebrow hairs on all 24 pages of my tutorial reading. I ended up cutting up squares of white electrical tape to stick on every page.

You could have just photocopied the reading pages again, or you could have used the actual book...or if you're a poor college student you did the right thing.

Sometimes teachers give out the material so OP may not have the option to photocopy again or use the book...

Well not exactly. If the teacher handed out materials, OP could simply email said teacher and ask for the word document that the teacher printed the materials from.

I don't have OCD and I could easily do 30-50 pages just because it annoyed me too much to leave it. I'm guessing somebody with OCD would do a lot more!

This is not OCD. OCD can be explained by someone who has it. I once was told of someone who literally had to walk a mile back and forth from their destination before they could walk through a door. That's OCD. Not the fact that something isn't perfect. This is not OCD. This is just anal and low tolerance for concentration.

That is completely wrong. Even with 20 years experience I can't begin to explain OCD . Perfectionism IS a Common trait and it can be just one of many obsessions they have, we have major and minor obsessions, this isnt necessarily their main central OCD focus.
