Weird assumption
Today, my best friend told me how his batshit insane girlfriend keeps questioning his sexuality and thinks we're screwing behind her back. He's so desperate for a relationship that he's decided to stop hanging out with me. Goodbye seven years of friendship. FML

well your friend is a pussy-whipped little bitch and you're better off without him. but if you want him back for whatever reason (maybe he has an xbox or something) it's very simple: go to his bitch girlfriend and "confess" to your affair. she'll dump him and bingo bango, he'll come crying and whining to you about it and you'll have him back. if he says she told him you confessed to your gay affair... just say she's lying and that you tried to warn him she was crazy and manipulative. covered on all bases. good luck getting your dicksplash friend back. let us know how it goes

Prepare yourself. When that relationship ends, he's probably coming back to you.

What kind of person throws away 7 years of friendship over a trivial thing like that? Sorry op

MAN some of the comments are truly ignorant. That makes me sad... OP, your friend is definitely in an abusive relationship, no ifs, ands, or buts about it. Just like how some people have said she's isolating him, she's already using emotional manipulation to scare him into staying with her. I had an ex who did that all the time. Any male friends that I had a history with were 'fags', I was a **** who could never change her ways, and I was always cheating on him, at least as he said. It took me a YEAR to finally get the courage and have him kicked out after he tried raping me. But, many times before I had that courage, he threatened to leave time and time again, causing my own desperation and fright. You don't know what she could be saying. If it was anything like my ex, "You won't find anyone who loves you like I do", "If you leave, I'll hurt/kill myself", "you'll be alone forever if you break up with me" or any other thing that prevents him from thinking logically and trying to keep her happy. Try to find him help that he can use. Don't abandon him. He's going to really need your support when things get worse down the road. If you ever feel he is being physically harmed, contact police and see your options for his sake. He isn't weak. He fell into a trap that an abuser put him in, and he'll need your help to pull him out when it's all said and done.

Idk how someone like that can be a "best friend." Clearly, friendship only occurs when it's convenient for him.
